I'm seeking a seasoned HR Manager with a solid background in establishing and nurturing remote tech cultures for startups in North America. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing and securing top-tier talent suited for our tech-driven, remote environment.
- Employee Relations: Fostering a positive, inclusive and productive virtual workplace, addressing concerns and mediating disputes as necessary.
- Training and Development: Implementing effective onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored for our remote teams.
This is a fully remote position, so proficiency in HR software and remote team management tools is a must. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable leadership experience and a deep understanding of the tech industry. Your ability to create a thriving remote tech culture will be key to our startup's success.
