Leverage your expertise in US staffing to navigate complex processes, compliance requirements, and documentation.
Employ effective negotiation skills to secure competitive compensation packages and contractual agreements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Stay organized and maintain accurate records within our recruitment systems, tracking candidate progress and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter, ideally within the IT industry.
In-depth understanding of the recruitment landscape, including current trends and best practices.
Familiarity with US staffing processes, compliance standards, and documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
