Are you an experienced independent recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities?
We are looking for a dynamic partner to source, screen, and recommend high-value full-time talent for international projects, including:
Executive and leadership hiring
Digital marketing and lead generation specialists
IT positions
SEO writers, LinkedIn profile optimizers
International sales developers
All positions are based in Europe.
? Compensation
Performance-based only – no upfront or hourly payments
Minimum commission: $1,500 USD per successful placement (confirmed after trial period)
Tiered bonuses for high-value candidates or repeat success
Fast payment after candidate confirmation post-trial

To avoid misunderstandings:
⏳ We may authorize a maximum of one hour of exploratory work, compensated between $3 to $5, strictly upon prior agreement. Beyond that, only confirmed placements generate payment.
All recruitment fees are success-based, and only payable if your candidate is hired and confirmed after the trial/probation period (according to our standard contract).
