On the job ENTICING EXCELLENCE community outreach work training that prepares young men and women coming from difficult backgrounds lacking job skills or lack of a proper education a chance to build opportunities of growth by communicating with the community to build job skills and gaining entrepreneural business management training by selling children's books to the public. To receive job credit and move up in the program youth need to meet goal and achieve expected daily requirements to teach train and motivate others to work hard for better opportunities for the future. Recruit motivated youth to gain a second chance of working and building a work ethic. Door-to-door person-to-person hands on training to learn professional job skills by dressing professionally and raising awareness in regards to promoting literacy back into high crime low income communities. Education to the children engaged within the community and to be the underprivileged communities Nationwide supporting proper youth development.
