Blue Recruitment Personnel are now looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing team operating nationwide specialised in Hospitality & Logistics Recruitment.
The consultant is required for a Driving & Industrial desk and must have experience within the Logistics sector.
This role will be a key part of our small temporary team supporting large volume accounts alongside assisting with new business development and managing a range of recruitment duties.
This role will require you to make regular ( business development - Sales ) telephone calls to potential new clients on behalf of your candidates
Professional responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for proactively looking for new business opportunities.
• You'll need to be able to make effective sales calls to decision-makers in order to win new business
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Negotiating the business opportunities and charge rates
• Taking on detailed job specs from new clients
