I need to record with the Clerk's office in Atlanta Georgia ie The Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts Real Estate Division a UCC1 financing statement which I have attached
I am looking for a law office services firm to deliver the UCC1 to the Recorders office for recordation and then get a conformed copy to email back
Can you handle the recordation?
The clerk's fee for recordation if $25 along with the fee for services . I can pay both that and the service fee by credit card or wire transfer
