Help Needed for RTOS project (Publish and subscribing from Adafruit.io)

Need help with a project I'm working on which displays data to adafruit.io. Using MCUEpresso and a Freedom-K64F Initialized with an ESP32. Currently have a bit of the code done already but need help with sending data to Adafruit.io
