Virtual assistant with experience in Real Estate
Budget: $20 – $50 USD
Requirements to apply:
- Much experience in real estate; perfect knowledge of all market analysis and property indicators (NOI, IRR, Cap ratio, depreciation, amortization, cash on cash, etc. etc.)
- Experience with working in Excel.
What I need is to take existing information from an Excel file (input file) and paste it into another Excel file and a PDF file (output files), which have different formats.
There may be slightly different terms in the input and output files for the same indicators, and you should understand that right away.
It's mostly a copy/paste job, however one who is not familiar with real estate business cannot do it perfectly, that is 100% sure.
For one who knows the business, it should not take you more than 30 min to complete the job.
If you do well, there will be more such jobs in the future.
