UAE Business Developer: Real Estate Expansion
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a fast-growing short-term rental and real estate operation across several emirates and I’m ready to widen our portfolio. To do that, I need a UAE-based business developer who already speaks the language of landlords, property investors, and corporate housing managers.
Your primary mission is simple: secure a minimum of 10 new units per month. This role is results-driven and performance is measured strictly on the number of units and contracts you close.
I’m leaning heavily on direct sales calls because nothing beats speaking with a prospect, handling objections in real time, and closing on the spot. If you can support this with your own network, referrals, or local events, that’s a strong plus — but the phone and WhatsApp will be your main tools.
You should be comfortable:
• Researching and qualifying potential property owners, investors, and corporate landlords
• Crafting persuasive call scripts that reflect UAE market realities
• Making daily outbound calls, setting meetings, and pushing deals through to signature
• Negotiating confidently with landlords and decision-makers
• Submitting clear weekly progress reports showing calls made, meetings set, and units secured
Success in this role is non-negotiable and numbers-driven. If you don’t close, you won’t last. If you understand holiday-home regulations, DCT guidelines, and what truly motivates landlords in Abu Dhabi and beyond, you’ll do very well here.
When applying, do not send AI-generated proposals. I’m looking for real people with real experience and real results.
Tell me briefly about your recent wins in real estate or hospitality, the conversion rates you achieved, and how soon you can start dialing.
