Transaction Coordinator for Residential Real Estate

Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and California-experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to close. You’ll be the backbone behind every deal, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and that all documents, timelines, and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the transaction process from executed contract through close of escrow
Review contracts and disclosures for accuracy and completeness (RPA, TDS, AVID, etc.)
Coordinate and track contingency deadlines, inspections, and escrow milestones
Communicate with agents, escrow/title, lenders, and clients throughout the transaction
Ensure compliance with California DRE and brokerage file requirements
Maintain organized digital files
Provide weekly updates to agents and escalate issues proactively
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of TC experience in California residential real estate
Strong understanding of CAR forms, DRE rules, and typical escrow/title processes
Proficiency with Skyslope, Dotloop, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure
Ability to manage multiple files at once without dropping the ball
