Title Searcher/Examiner/Underwriter/Processor and or Real Estate Paralegal
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking to hire candidates to help us in all aspects of the real estate settlement practice, including the following:
1. Title searches (current owner, 2 owner, and full title searches)
2. Property tax searches
3. Entering New Transactions using online software and/or using SoftPro
4. Creating HUD1's and closing disclosures
5. Recording Documents online using Simplifile
6. Drafting Deeds and other closing related documents
7. Creating title insurance commitments, CPL's and title insurance policies
