Seeking a high-volume, tech-savvy Real Estate VA to manage an automated co-wholesaling disposition pipeline. Budget is $500 for the project.
STRICT REQUIREMENTS (Do not apply without these):
InvestorBase Access: You must have your own active, paid login to InvestorBase. No exceptions.
Scraper Setup: Must own a working web scraper to bulk-extract wholesaler data (phone/names) from marketplaces like InvestorLift.
SMS Software: Must have your own active texting platform to run high-volume outreach campaigns.
JV Experience: Must have past experience assisting with real estate JV/co-wholesaling deals.
Workflow:
Scrape & Dedupe: Bulk-extract a master directory of 1,000 to 2,000 unique, individual wholesalers. Not multiple deals from the same wholesalers.
Outreach: Load the unique list into your texting software to source deals.
Verify Comps: Drop incoming deals into InvestorBase to verify historical investor cash comps (purchase ranges and averages) to ensure properties are moveable.
