To achieve this, we are seeking a Private Estate to serve as our central headquarters.
Preferred Locations: Miami, FL or Hollywood, FL.
The Request: We are looking for a visionary benefactor to donate or contribute property usage for this research.
The Environment: A space for a dedicated team to live, work, and collaborate on a long-term basis.

I’m launching a hands-on project that explores “real Heaven and Hell” dynamics and everything of 666, and the very first step is securing a private estate—at no cost—where the work can unfold. The ideal candidate is someone who can tap existing relationships with community leaders who control or influence property and persuade them to grant us access, donation, or ownership. Networking with property owners is the essential skill; real-estate negotiation or legal know-how is welcome but secondary to genuine connections and a willingness to volunteer time for something larger than money.
Once the estate is in place, I’ll rely on you to help grow a small volunteer team prepared to stay involved on site. I’m 34, available all day, every day, and ready to work alongside anyone who shares that level of dedication.
Key deliverables
• Present at least three viable estates (5+ acres, livable structures preferred) and establish direct contact with each owner.
• Negotiate a zero-cost transfer, , or formal donation of one selected property.
• Provide a starter roster of committed volunteers for on-site activities.
Acceptance criteria
• Signed letter of intent, MOU, or deed from the chosen property owner.
• Clear timeline for handover and occupancy.
• Contact list for the first ten confirmed volunteers.
