I need a dependable local partner who can cover Lidcombe, Wentworth Point and Rhodes to help me secure suitable residential apartments. Your role will be on-the-ground while I coordinate remotely, so clear, timely communication is essential.
Here’s exactly where I’ll rely on you:
• Visiting apartments – attend inspections, take walk-through videos (landscape and vertical), photograph any issues, and note building amenities and street noise.
• Sending applications – complete and lodge rental application forms with the documents I provide, then track their status.
• Talking to agents – call or meet agents to clarify lease terms, ask my prepared questions, and keep me updated on new openings.
I will supply a shortlist of properties and the questions I want answered before each visit. After every inspection, I expect a same-day summary with video links and your observations.
You should already be familiar with standard NSW lease paperwork and be comfortable filming on a modern smartphone. A car or easy access to public transport across the three suburbs will make the schedule smoother.
