Short-term Rental Contract Enhancement

I’m looking for an experienced contract lawyer or legal professional to review and strengthen an existing co-host agreement used in my short-term rental business.

The agreement is for my role as a co-host managing Airbnb-style properties on behalf of owners. I want to ensure the contract provides strong legal protection, clearly defines responsibilities, and minimizes risk.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in contract law, preferably real estate or short-term rental agreements

Familiarity with Airbnb or property management/co-hosting arrangements

Knowledge of Australian law (highly preferred)

Strong attention to detail and clear legal drafting skills

Deliverables:

Edited contract with tracked changes or redlines

Final clean version of the agreement

Brief summary of key improvements/recommendations
