I'm in need of an Acquisition Manager who specializes in distressed short sales properties within urban settings. Your main tasks will involve:
- Identifying viable distressed short sales properties
- Negotiating purchase terms with sellers

- Strong negotiation skills (required)
- Familiarity with urban real estate market (prefered)
- Competence in property evaluation and investment forecasting (prefered)
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess the ability to spot lucrative opportunities in the market. A real estate license and access to real estate databases will be highly advantageous.
Focus will be on distressed short sales properties in Virginia Beach.
The expected volume of properties to be managed is 1-5 properties per month.
