We are a lender and we are looking for a part-time conveyancer that can efficiently review pre-contract searches and enquiries to ensure that the security is sound. We have an online system to make this very efficient.
You will only be responsible for due diligence checks - to look into matters like title, local authority searches, environmental searches, and any other property related legality checks to avoid future complications.
