Residential Lease Extension Specialist
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need an expert to assist with extending my residential lease for more than 5 years.
Essential tasks include:
- Negotiate with landlord
- Provide legal advice
Ideal skills and experience:
- Real estate knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
- Legal expertise in property law
DETAILS:
- Lease is approximately 77 years remaining (property value c£190K)
- RTM bought the freehold 6-10 years ago
- The legal firm that will act on behalf of the landlord / residents association has been instructed to offer a new 999-year leases to the leaseholders
- I am a member of the RTM and participated in the enfranchisement.
- The property is under mortgage with Santander BTL - product expiring November 2026
