Reg D Attorney for Real Estate

I am getting ready to launch a series of real-estate investments for members of our property club and need an attorney who lives and breathes U.S. securities law—specifically Regulation D. This will be my very first SEC filing, so my top priority is rock-solid compliance from day one.
