I have assembled a portfolio of competitively-priced properties in Crete-Rodos-Thessaloniki that satisfy the €250k-300k Greek Golden Visa threshold, and I now need an executive who already knows the Golden Visa landscape inside out to scale our reach. Your core mission is to target buyers from 1. China
2. Hong Kong 3. Lebanon 4. Turkey 5.Russia (via third countries) 6.UK 7 .UAE
Because the role is partnership-centric, I expect you to arrive with a proven track record guiding clients (or agencies) through Greece’s residency-by-investment process and a solid understanding of the documentation, timelines, and pain points involved. You must be able to communicate persuasively in English; Arabic fluency would of course be a plus, but what matters most is that you can hold confident, detail-driven conversations with English-speaking buyers while negotiating effectively on the ground in Crete.
You’ll be working remotely with periodic on-site visits, structuring agreements that guarantee us exclusive or first-look rights, collecting updated legal and technical documents for each listing, and reporting weekly on new stock, pricing shifts, and owner feedback. I handle marketing and client acquisition on the investor side—your focus is purely on building and maintaining the property pipeline.
