Real estate listing---Create list of 20-house for sale from Link

Just build a small excel table that shows specific information on house listed for sale from the link in the attached file Tab "Note".
Criteria:
The owner wants 20- house for sale
Short distance from a given location
house build after 2015--Newest is better
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 floor house
townhouse or family home
If family home owner prefers houses that are very close to each other
The fields that I need are in the tab "table by Freelancer"
Example of information needed: Distance from the address given in cell C2, year build, county name, tax rate, price of house.....
