I'm looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with real estate wholesaling tasks. Outreach to sellers & agents: Send emails, DMs, or call listing agents and homeowners (with scripts) to submit soft offers or request details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ARV (After-Repair Value) for single-family homes
- Research nationwide comparable property sales (Comps)
- Conduct deal outreach to potential buyers
