I’m expanding Provixa Studio’s outreach team and looking for confident, commission-driven pros who know how to spark interest in high-ticket luxury property offers, keep prospects engaged, and bring the paperwork home. Everything happens remotely, so your phone, headset, and a rock-solid internet connection are your office.

Here’s the flow: you open doors with cold calls, qualify the prospect, and pass the warm lead to our closer desk—or step in as the closer yourself if that’s your strength. Either way, our pipeline is built around real-estate-savvy conversations, so direct experience selling or marketing property is a must. You’ll be following up on every lead until it turns into a signed contract; handling objections, nudging slow movers, and keeping notes in our CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.

Compensation is straightforward: 20 % of every successful sale, averaging $200 or more per deal depending on the package the buyer chooses. There’s no cap and no base salary—your earnings mirror your performance.

To thrive here you’ll need:
• Native-level or very strong English on the phone and in writing
• A proven track record closing deals over the phone or via video call
• The discipline to work independently, hit daily outreach targets, and report results
