Your primary responsibility will be to handle every phone conversation—qualifying each prospect, addressing objections, nurturing trust, and ultimately securing signed purchase agreements.

These are strictly home-buyer clients, so the focus is on understanding their needs, highlighting suitable properties, clarifying financing options, and moving them confidently toward the closing table. I use a cloud-based CRM to track all activity; every call, note, and follow-up must be logged so we can keep momentum and measure conversion.
