Real Estate Research Assistant – Facebook Property Finder for Off-Market Deals
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful freelancer to help identify and organize off-market real estate deals in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role involves searching Facebook groups for properties being offered off-market, gathering essential details, and organizing the data for our wholesale real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Join & Monitor Facebook Groups focused on DFW off-market real estate deals
Identify Property Listings that meet wholesale investment criteria
Gather Key Information such as:
Seller’s Name & Contact (if available)
Property Address
Asking Price
Property Condition & Photos
Seller’s Motivation (e.g., foreclosure, quick sale, vacant, etc.)
Engage with Sellers (if allowed by group rules) by commenting or sending structured direct messages
Organize Leads in a Google Sheet or CRM for tracking purposes
Provide daily or weekly reports on new leads and updates
Requirements:
Experience in real estate wholesaling, research, or lead generation is a plus
Familiarity with Facebook Groups & Marketplace (must know how to find and filter relevant posts)
Strong attention to detail & ability to organize large amounts of data
Excellent communication skills for messaging sellers professionally
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable internet connection and access to Facebook
