Real Estate Renovation/Rehabilitation Project Manager
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We would like to invite you for a screening interview for a Real Estate Rehabilitation/Renovation Project Manager position.
We are looking to hire loyal, hardworking, trustworthy, and with good work ethic employees who are fully committed to their role and in the company.
Expected to work 5 days per week, 8 hours each day from 9AM-5PM EST.
Specific types of candidates we are looking for are people that have experience in managing the contractors that do the renovation in residential rehab projects and are of Indian or Venezuelan nationality. We need someone who speaks perfect American English and has many rehabilitation/renovation projects previously and other responsibilities that include this role.
A Rehab/Renovation Project Manager is one who:
-Must be able to effectively manage multiple contractors and subcontractors at once.
-Requires strong leadership skills as well as an understanding of how each party’s role affects the overall success of the project.
-Communication is another essential skill for a renovation project manager
needs to be organized to ensure that all aspects of a renovation are completed on time and within budget
-Strong time management skills can help you manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that each project is completed on time.
-A project manager with strong budgeting skills can create a realistic budget for a renovation project. This can help the project stay within its financial constraints and ensure the project is completed on time and within its budget.
-Being able to negotiate effectively can help you save money and ensure the project stays on schedule.
