A real estate qualification agent.
Initiating the first contact with a homeowner Via text or phone.
You'll engage with a homeowner over the phone to get their information and their situation for selling the property.
Creating good conversation flow, building rapport, confirming information and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
Fluent English (writing and Verbal).
Outgoing personality and great communication skills.
Experience in Real Estate Wholesaling/Creative Finance.
REI Replay software - Advantage.
Self motivated with high work ethics.
Tools:
High-Speed Internet (Wired Connection to Router).
Computer (Laptop or Desktop) - Windows 10 or Up.
