Real Estate Negotiator - Acquisition Manager

I am a real estate investor. We generate leads from our marketing where consumers call back and answer questions from a questionnaire.  I am looking for someone that can follow up with these consumers after they have shown an interest to see if a deal can be completed and something can be negotiated.  This would start as an hourly job and I can pay very well for the position and also include bonus or commission in the future after someone proves themselves.  It should be a part time position for the time being or anywhere from 5-10 hours per week calling back the leads we have generated.

If you are interested, there would be a learning curve of understanding what we are doing with the real estate deals so ideally looking for someone that will be long term, that can transition into full time as we grow. Also, must speak english very very well.
