I’m engaging a seasoned legal mind to take ownership of three key duties in my real-estate practice: drafting airtight title-transfer documents for our clients, steering contract negotiations to a close, and making sure every step remains fully compliant with applicable property and real-estate regulations.
The heart of the assignment is the title-transfer paperwork. I’ll supply deal specifics; you’ll transform them into clear, enforceable documents that protect buyer and seller alike while aligning with local land-registry requirements. From there, you’ll advise on and, when needed, jump into negotiations—flagging risks, refining clauses, and helping me secure favourable terms. Finally, you’ll conduct a compliance sweep (licensing, statutory filings, stamp-duty triggers, and any lender covenants) so I can hand the final package to my clients confident that nothing has been missed.
Deliverables
• Custom title-transfer document(s) ready for client signature
• Mark-ups or red-line versions of any negotiated contracts
• Brief compliance memo outlining checks performed and any follow-up actions
