What You’ll Do
Lead inspiring 1-on-1 and group coaching calls via Zoom
Build strong relationships with students and provide ongoing accountability
Simplify real estate concepts and boost student confidence
Encourage, support, and celebrate wins
Help identify growth opportunities and promote long-term retention
What You Bring
Coaching/mentoring experience
Sales experience is helpful
Real estate investing experience required, will provide specific training in our processes
Positive, upbeat energy and excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport and motivate others
Flexible availability
