We're Sahar & Naor, real estate investors specializing in Fix & Flip in Indianapolis. We're looking for a reliable, proactive 'Boots on the Ground' to assist with property inspections, sourcing, and contractor coordination.
Your Role Includes:
✔ Conducting thorough property inspections, focusing on:
Structural integrity
Plumbing and electrical systems
Interior & exterior conditions
✔ Identifying potential investment properties
✔ Coordinating with contractors for repairs and renovations
Who We're Looking For:
✅ Passionate about real estate and investment opportunities
✅ Background in real estate, construction, or property management (preferred)
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
