We are looking for an accomodation business for sale, that includes hotel/villa/hostel/guest house/homestay/cottage/similar.
Here's are the criteria :
A. Budget Rp 500,000,000-5,000,000,000.
Still possible above that, as long as it has a good financial performance and outstanding ROI. Expected ROI is at least 10%. That's yearly net income / initial investment. Expecting break even less than 8 years.
B. It should already have been built, with rooms which has terrace padi view or sea view.
C. Business already operated, has always been profitable since the last 5 years. Rating (Google review) 4.5+.
D. Has 5 room at the least.
E. Business always busy, high traffic road (Like Canggu, Bali), tourits area, close to groceries, restaurants, club, caffe, etc.
F. Heading to a developing area like batu bolong atau north west bali.
