I am a real estate investor with multiple properties under contract and I am looking for a skilled professional to help market deals and generate qualified buyer leads. This is a project-based role with strong potential to grow into a long-term working relationship, including performance-based compensation per closed deal.
I am specifically looking for a disposition specialist who already has access to and experience with tools such as InvestorLift, InvestorBase, and other proven buyer outreach and disposition platforms. You should be ready to hit the ground running from day one.

I have an active Fix & Flip investment property under contract that needs immediate marketing to potential buyers.
