I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant who can both speak comfortably on the phone with U.S. homeowners and run quick value checks on the properties they own. The aim is simple: uncover off-market, creative deal opportunities on single-family residences across the country.

Your day will start with outbound phone calls using the dialer and script I provide. On every call you’ll gather three essentials—the seller’s motivation, a clear sense of the home’s condition, and any willingness to consider flexible terms such as subject-to, seller finance, or lease options. Once you hang up, you’ll pull recent comps, estimate repair costs, and generate an offer range so I can decide in minutes whether to advance the lead.

Deliverables (all submitted through a shared Google Sheet and Dropbox folder):
• A call log with timestamps, motivation notes, condition details, and flexibility indicators
• A property value worksheet showing comparable sales, ARV, estimated repairs, and recommended offer price
• A concise end-of-week summary that highlights the most promising prospects

Experience with U.S. real estate tools like PropStream, BatchLeads, Zillow, or Redfin will set you up for success. Clear spoken English, a confident but friendly phone presence, and accurate note-taking are must-haves.
