Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Data Entry Specialist to assist with uploading rental listings into our property management platform, Hemlane.

This is a short-term contract project with immediate start.

You will be provided with a link containing approximately 75 condominium rental listings. Your task will be to accurately transfer listing information into Hemlane and publish each listing so it syndicates live to major rental platforms.

Scope of Work

For each listing, you will:
• Copy and enter the full property address
• Enter monthly rent and rental terms
• Copy and paste the rental description
• Upload and organize listing photos
• Publish the listing through Hemlane so it goes live on:
• Zillow
• Trulia
• Redfin
• Other syndicated rental platforms

All work is done inside the Hemlane platform. No outside posting is required.

Volume & Pace Expectations
• Roughly 75 listings total
• Each upload takes approximately 10 minutes
• Expected productivity:
• 5–7 listings per hour
• ~25 listings per day
• Project duration: 3–4 days, depending on pace

Ideal Candidate
• Prior experience with real estate listings or property management platforms
• Comfortable transferring data accurately between systems
• High attention to detail (addresses, pricing, descriptions must match exactly)
• Able to work independently and hit daily targets
• Familiarity with platforms like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin is a plus
• Experience with Hemlane is a bonus, but not required (we can provide brief guidance)
