Real Estate Contract Coordination
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I manage several real estate files at once and want the under-contract phase to move with zero surprises. The moment the purchase agreement is signed, you will take charge of everything required to keep the deal compliant and on schedule—tracking contract dates, coordinating inspections and appraisals, confirming loan milestones with the lender, and keeping all parties (buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, title/escrow) fully informed.
Key items I expect at handoff:
• A clear timeline that lists every contingency and deadline from escrow deposit through funding.
• Consistent, concise status updates so I always know where each file stands without chasing information.
• A fully organized digital closing packet containing the executed contract, addenda, inspection reports, settlement statement, and any lender or title correspondence.
All communication happens through email, phone, and my existing cloud folder setup, so familiarity with common tools such as DocuSign, Dotloop, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms will make the process smoother.
If you can keep contracts moving seamlessly from “accepted” to “closed,” I’m ready to collaborate.
