Real Estate Content & Valuation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need help covering three core real-estate tasks and I am looking for one seasoned professional who can comfortably switch between Arabic and English.
First, I will send you photos, key features, and floor-plans of properties; your job is to turn that raw material into persuasive, search-friendly descriptions that spark inquiries while remaining faithful to the project’s tone of voice.
Second, many of the documents I handle—market briefs, appraisal certificates, lease abstracts, even the occasional legal appendix—must flow flawlessly between Arabic and English. Accuracy in terminology is critical, so I expect you to respect localized real-estate jargon, measurements, regulatory references, and currency formatting without introducing ambiguity.
Finally, I regularly compile valuation reports and market snapshots for investors. You will analyze the data I provide (sales comps, cap rates, demographic trends, etc.), write a coherent narrative around the numbers, and format the report so it is ready for boardroom presentation.
To speed up selection, attach at least two samples that demonstrate:
• a property description you have written,
• a bilingual (AR/EN) translation involving real-estate terminology, and
• any valuation or market analysis you have completed.
I will shortlist freelancers whose samples show command of real-estate language, attention to detail, and a clear analytical approach.
