Your day-to-day will revolve around finding off-market residential opportunities, running quick yet accurate market analyses to confirm margin, negotiating directly with owners or their agents, and shepherding each deal through contract execution.
To succeed you should be equally comfortable:
• Pinpointing undervalued single-family or small-multifamily houses through data-driven market analysis.
• Negotiating win-win terms that meet our target numbers while keeping the seller engaged.
• Managing the paperwork—everything from letters of intent to final purchase contracts—so nothing falls through the cracks.
I’ll supply target buying criteria, proof of funds, and access to my CRM; you’ll bring the local knowledge, negotiation finesse, and contract management discipline needed to close deals consistently.
