RICS Property Valuation Report
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a qualified surveyor to produce a RICS-compliant valuation for a single UK property in Harlow. The asset type and the purpose of the valuation (sale, lending, insurance, etc.) will be confirmed with you at the start, but the final deliverable must meet Red Book standards and be suitable for submission to third parties.
Scope
• Inspect the property in person (or undertake a virtual inspection if regulations allow).
• Analyse recent comparable evidence and apply the appropriate RICS valuation bases.
• Prepare a clear, fully referenced report that includes methodology, assumptions, photographs, market commentary, and a concise executive summary.
