I need a long-term Property Research Assistant to search Rightmove, Zoopla and Property Engine and others. To find below-market-value residential properties that require refurbishment which will then lift the value.
The role involves researching properties and compiling them into a spreadsheet. No calls to estate agents or deal analysis are required.
Would you be interested in working on an hourly basis for 5–10 hours per week? If so, I’d like to start with a small paid trial.
