Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I manage a steady stream of residential homes that need to be advertised online, and I’d like an entry-level assistant to keep our visibility consistent across Zillow, Redfin, and Turbotenant. I will supply photos, property details, and the rental or sale terms; your job is to turn that raw material into polished, accurate listings that go live without delays or formatting issues.
Here’s what the workflow looks like for each property:
• Upload all provided photos in the order I specify.
• Craft (or copy-edit) a clear, engaging description that highlights key selling points while matching each platform’s character-count guidelines.
• Enter rental or sale terms exactly as given—price, deposit, lease length, HOA fees, disclosures, etc.
• Double-check the map pin, school information, and amenities sections before publishing.
• Send me the live URL for quality review within 24 hours of receiving the property packet.
I’ll share a short checklist and access credentials for each platform. Familiarity with Zillow Rental Manager, Redfin Owner Tools, or Turbotenant’s dashboard is a plus, but I’m happy to provide quick guide as well.
Accuracy and turn-around time matter more than fancy real-estate experience. If you can follow directions, keep data consistent, and communicate when a listing is live (or when a field is unclear), we’ll work together smoothly.
