Ongoing Videography for Real Estate Agent

I am a real estate agent looking for a freelance videographer to film and edit 3 videos per week on an ongoing basis. The videos will be posted consistently each week.

Video Series (3 different series, 1 video each per week):

1. Door Knocking Series – Visiting neighborhoods
2. House Tour Series – Walking through and showcasing properties
3. Talk Show Series – Sitting and talking about real estate topics

Requirements:

· Film on location with me (various sites around the city)
· Edit each video (trimming, captions, transitions, basic color grading, etc.)
· Each video: approximately 1–2 minutes
· Deliver 3 finished videos per week on a consistent schedule

Budget:

· $50 CAD per Video, and 3 Videos per week

Future Potential:

· Increase number of videos per week if performance and feedback are good
· Increase pay per video as we grow
