I’m ready to move quickly on truly off-market residential opportunities anywhere in North America. My focus is single-family and small multi-unit homes that are not yet public, listed, or broadly shopped. If you already have access to pocket listings, probate situations, pre-foreclosures, or direct-to-seller leads, I want to see them first.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise property brief per lead (location, photos when possible, current ownership status, realistic asking range, and your direct contact to the decision-maker).
• Verification that the property is not on the MLS or any major marketplace.
• An overview of comparable sales so I can gauge exit or rental strategy.
Speed and discretion are critical; I’m prepared to move to NDAs and proof-of-funds once a lead passes initial screening. While real estate is my immediate priority, I’m open to discussing other hard-to-source assets you may control if they fit an equally exclusive profile.
