OVERVIEW
The Easton Conservation Commission (Commission) is inviting proposals for a unique opportunity
within the Town of Easton. The Commission is seeking proposals for tenancy at the Tufts Farm, 108
Canton Street, Easton, MA, that will result in the occupancy and maintenance of the house and
outbuildings and the agricultural use of 3 acres of farmland plus two adjacent fields also on conservation
land. The Commission is interested in proposals for enhancing the agricultural use of the site, using the
publicly vetted Tufts Farm Master Plan as a general framework.
