Need help building Property portfolio

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in building my property portfolio. I am based in Australia and wish to buy the properties here. I am interested in adding mixed-use properties to my portfolio. Although I do not have a specific preferred location, I have some ideas in mind. Looking for help to secure financing and finding undervalued properties with high rental income and high capital growth.
