Need a Realtor to find a new tenant

My wife and I are leaving the country and we still have 10 months left on our Lease. The property management agreed to let us go if we find someone else to take over the lease. I've already posted the apartment on websites but no success so far. Need a Real State Agent to find someone to take over the lease ASAP.
