• A curated short-list of active listings, each with location, monthly rent, photos or video, landlord / agent contact, and any key terms (deposit, lease length, utilities, security arrangements).
• Coordination of viewing appointments that fit my schedule.
• On-the-ground feedback about the neighbourhoods so I can compare living conditions before committing.
