Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with local developers and property owners in Georgian and Russian
- Translate between Georgian, Russian, and English
- Client follow-ups
- Help manage calls, appointments, and listings
- Support social media or online listings (optional)

Requirements:
- Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in real estate
- Available part-time with flexible working hours
- Located in Batumi
