I run a cleaning business in Philadelphia and need help with manual outreach to property-related contacts using public platforms like Zillow, LoopNet, and others.

You will:
• Search public property listings in the Philadelphia area
• Use the public contact forms or listed emails to reach out (no scraping or automation)
• Send polite, pre-written messages that I’ll provide
• Track who you contacted and responses in a Google Sheet

• This is manual work only, following Freelancer guidelines
• No scraping or bulk emailing
• This is for outreach to property managers, Airbnb hosts, realtors, etc.

If it works out, I’m open to long-term or bonus work based on results.
