• Verify each listing personally: photos, current monthly rate, contract terms, and any move-in requirements. A quick walk-through video is a big plus so I can decide remotely.
• Negotiate with owners or brokers to lock in the best terms for at least a one-year lease.
• Coordinate viewing schedules (virtual or in-person) and handle basic paperwork until the lease is ready for signing.
